Objective: To investigate the correlation between clinico-pathological features and lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma (PTMC). Methods: The data 142 cases were collected. relationship sex, age, tumor location, multi-focality cervical analyzed. Results: There was increased rate in male patients with PTMC. no significant multifocality metastasis. Conclusion: histological subtypes PTMC have different clinicopathological characteristics are important factors for Further evaluation its classification is helpful clinical treatment strategy.
